What is Howler Brothers World Headquarters?
The Howler Brothers World Headquarters is located in the Clarksville neighborhood here in Austin, Texas. We have a full retail store stocked with inventory for you to take home. You’ll know you reached the right spot when you see our big “Heed the Call” wall mural. Come on in, have a beer, shop around and see what we have spinning on the record player.

How does your apparel fit, what size should I order?
We want your experience with us to be easy! So that means eliminating the returns or exchanges that are no fun to deal with. Get the right fit the first time by taking a look at our Sizing Chart. If you have questions regarding a certain product feel free to give us a shout!
The size or color I want is out of stock, when will it come back?
We are thrilled you like a certain product! All of our products are made in small batch limited edition single runs, that we typically will not restock. Your best bet is to look locally at an official Howler Brothers Retailer near you. If you are unable to track one down, reach out to us and we can put you on a list to be notified if one comes back as a return or exchange.
I found an item cheaper somewhere else, do you price match?
Unfortunately, We are unable to price match with retailers as they might be offering a sale or other promotion. Make sure to sign up for our Email Newsletter to find out when any promotions might be dropping for discounts, gifts with purchase, or free swag with every order!
When will my order ship?
We try to get all orders out as soon as we can. When order volume is high it might take us a little longer to get it out, but all orders are guaranteed to head your way within two business days. Orders will ship with USPS Economy (3-7 days) unless you chose to upgrade your shipping. If you place an order with express shipping (FedEx 2-day or Overnight) it will go out the same day if placed by 12pm CST. If you already placed your order, and realized you need it faster, give us a call at (512) 373-8233. You will receive a confirmation email once your order leaves the warehouse with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We want you to be in Howler comfort all over the world, if you live in South Africa or Costa Rica, or if you are spending a season in New Zealand or Bali. Unfortunately, these shipments do come with a price. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipping, shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and an additional email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse. You may also login to your account and track your order.
I received a delivery notification but it is nowhere to be found?
Delivery drivers can make mistakes, just like all of us. If your tracking info says delivered, but your package is nowhere to be found, don't stress! Please check with your neighbors or maybe a side door or even the mailbox (you’d be surprised). If it doesn't turn up after 24 hours, give us a call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to track your package down and help you get your order as soon as possible.
I ordered the wrong item, can I make an adjustment or cancel my order?
We do our best to fulfill your orders ASAP, most of the time the same day! If you decide you want something different or realize you purchased an incorrect size or item please reach out to us immediately so we can catch your order before it goes out. You can contact us at email@example.com or (512) 373-8233. Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, you will have to go through our exchange process.
Can I adjust my shipping address?
Of course! If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, just give us a call ASAP at (512) 373-8233 and we can get it adjusted for you! If your order has already shipped, let us know and we can reroute it back to us and ship you new items right away.
My order is missing an item, what should I do?
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please let us know ASAP so we can reship your item. We want to make sure you get everything in your order, but, sometimes items can ship from different locations. Items to be aware of shipping separately include but are not limited to; belt buckles, paddles, art prints, or gift cards (if hard copy is requested).
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return your order up to 90 days after the purchase date for a refund or store credit. All returns must be in original condition, unworn with tags affixed. A quick try on is obviously okay with us, a quick wade trip is not. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. A $7 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to receive store credit for your item we will issue you a gift card for the full price of the items returned.
*Initial Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
**Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) are required on all returns and exchanges.
How do I make a return or exchange?
If you need to return or exchange your Howler gear for any reason, all you need to do is visit our online Returns and Exchanges portal. Make sure you have your order number and original shipping zip code. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or at the top right of your packing slip (e.g. HOWL-12345). We will provide a prepaid shipping for you to use when shipping back your return.
How do I exchange gift?
If you have received a gift from howlerbros.com we are happy to help with an exchange. You will need the original order number and zip code associated with the order to initiate your gift return at our online Returns and Exchanges portal. Be sure to select that you are returning a gift so we can get your updated contact info and shipping address.
If your gift came from somewhere other than howlerbros.com or the Howler Brothers World Headquarters store, you will need to contact that specific retailer with any questions. The retailer's return policy will apply.
How long will my return or exchange take to be processed?
Refunds will be processed the same day that we receive your item at our warehouse. Exchanges will be processed once you have dropped your item off at fedex. Once the label provided is scanned your new order will be created once we have processed it, Sometimes within the hour!
All Howler Brothers Gift Cards are sent to our customers within minutes of purchasing directly to the email used to make the purchase. If your purchase of a gift card was a gift, you can simply forward the email to the gift recipient.
*If you would like a traditional physical gift card by mail in place of the digital one, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your address and allow up to a week for delivery of the physical gift card.
Requesting a gift receipt?
If you have placed an order to ship as a gift, no pricing will be shown on any of the packing lists for your convenience.
Can I leave a special note?
You may have a gift note to be added to the packing list! All you need to do is input your message in the box labeled "Special Instructions" while you are in your cart. If you choose to advance straight to checkout, you might miss the box. You can always select to go back to the cart and add a note there.
How do I exchange gift?

Do you have any discount codes or promotions running right now?

There are times when certain items might be out of stock on our website, or you just want to support your local surf or fly shop.
