- Must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached
- Returns to the original form of payment are subject to a restocking fee of $7 per order, deducted from your refund
- Returns for store credit will not be subject to any restocking fee
- Items may also be returned, without charge, in person to our retail stores in Austin, TX
- Free exchanges including free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges in the USA
