Returns & Exchanges

If you find out that your Howler gear doesn’t fit, or you would like a different color or size, please email us at service@howlerbros.com or call us at (512) 373-8233 to initiate your return or exchange.  Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)’s are required on all returns and exchanges.  Please see below for further information.

Please provide your order number (if known) and/or the purchaser’s full name with instructions for exchange or refund. The typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s).

Exchanges: We are happy to offer free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges.  Please be sure to indicate the new item(s) you would like. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be emailed to you, and we will be happy to ship the exchange items to you at no cost.

Returns: Please note an RMA is required on all returns. We are happy to email you a prepaid return label, or you are welcome to self-return using the carrier of your choosing. You are subject to a shipping/restocking fee of $7 on all returns; the fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.  Items may also be returned without charge in person to our HQ location: 1010(A) West Lynn St, Austin, TX 78757.

Refunds: Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Initial Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card.
