Returns & Exchanges Policy

Holiday Return Extension: All orders placed between 11/1/24 and 11/30 will be eligible for return until 1/5/25.

We appreciate you shopping with Howler Brothers and hope you love what you bought! We offer free returns with a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your Howler Brothers gear for any reason, please visit our returns and exchanges portal below:

How it Works:

  • To get started, make sure you have your order number and original email address. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or at the top right of your packing slip (e.g.HOWL-12345).
  • All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with hang tags attached.
  • Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is defective at the time of delivery.

Exchanges

  • We will gladly exchange unwashed, unworn items with hang tags still attached for another size or color of the same item (ex: Mansfield Shirt for another Mansfield Shirt).
  • When an exchange has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. 
  • Once your carrier scans the Howler Brothers provided shipping label, your new order will be prepared for shipment. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping your package off with the carrier.
  • All exchanged items ship for free to US-based addresses.

Returns

  • All returns must be initiated via the link above. 
  • We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn items with hang tags still attached for store credit or a full refund.
  • Follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label. 
  • Once a return has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. 
  • When your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund or store credit assuming the item is not damaged or worn in any way. Refunds will be reflected on the original form of payment within 1–2 business days following approval from our warehouse team . 
  • For customers local to Austin, Texas, returns can be made in person at Howler Brothers Hacienda or South Congress Outpost.

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags still attached). 
  • The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 1–2 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s).  
  • Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective. 
  • If we are unable to exchange or repair an item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue you a gift card or store credit.
