What is your return policy?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached. We offer free returns & exchanges. Items may also be returned in person to our retail stores in Austin, TX.

If you received a delivery notification, but can’t find your package? Don’t panic, we’re here to help!
On rare occasions, UPS can mis-deliver by a house or two. We find that in most cases, a quick knock on the neighbors door reveals the location of the missing package. We also occasionally see delivery services marking the package’s status as delivered before physically dropping it off at the location. Often, we find that orders will arrive just a few hours after that notification is sent. Lastly, be sure to give a glance in your mailbox as small packages will sometimes be delivered there if the courier doesn’t feel comfortable leaving the parcel on an exposed porch. If all of that fails, reach out and our crack customer service team will get you squared away!
