I saw this pop up on my Facebook page and thought, yeah we’re going to bring back the 80s, which is the last decade in which I wore a Jean Jacket. But unlike my 80s Jean Jacket, this Depot Denim Jacket is a sweet piece of gear. Its lightweight, which is ideal for mild Alabama winters, has a soft buttery broken in feel out of the package, and has a classic vintage look that is timeless. I’m 5 foot 6 inches, 155 pounds, and was skeptical I could pull off a small, but this is not a slim fit tapered jacket. It’s generously cut in a classic style, and the fit is roomy enough to throw a flannel shirt or hoodie under.

Great jacket. I prefer the fit to Levi denim which is a bit too short and tapered. This has a more standard fit. Material is soft and broken in which is comfortable over a T shirt.

Reference on sizing: I’m 6’ 190 and tried XL first because of a comment on the site mentioning to size up. Not with this jacket, much too loose and boxy. Second try with the Large fits perfect. Room to wear over a light flannel or just over a Tshirt.
