Before we started Howler Brothers, we regularly scoured thrift stores looking for vintage embroidered western shirts. The ones we found were always cool but were often made of thick polyester fabric, designed with super long shirt tails and stained with the remnants of the previous owner.
So, we had a dream to reinvent it by upgrading the fit, using quick drying fabric, and adding a subtle vented back yoke to bring in the cool breeze. Of course, we had a million embroidery ideas ranging from sea creatures to the cosmos.
Thus, our Gaucho Snapshirt was born. It's now a classic and a collectors item in its own right.
