Free Standard Shipping to the contiguous US on orders over $99. This excludes expedited shipping and all international orders.
All standard orders will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once you reach checkout each shipping method will have an estimated delivery date.
All standard shipping will be shipped with either UPS Ground or UPS Surepost, depending on the shipping address. Orders over $99 will be offered free shipping to the US. Orders under $99 will have a cost $7, this will be calculated at checkout based on your cart value.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping addresses will have a $12 shipping cost.
Express Shipping (UPS)
All express orders will ship within one business day (M-F). Please see the estimated delivery date once you reach checkout.
UPS 2-Day Shipping: $20
UPS Overnight Shipping: $30
International Shipping (UPS International)
All international sales are final and all import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Transit times may vary but should be delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Canada and Mexico: $40
Rest of World: $80

If you need to return or exchange your Howler gear for any reason, all you need to do is click here to visit our returns and exchanges portal. Make sure you have your order number and original shipping zip code. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or at the top right of your packing slip. (e.g.HOWL-12345)
All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached.
Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Exchanges
We offer free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges in the USA. You will receive a prepaid shipping label. Your new items or verification of credit will be sent once we receive a scan that the shipping label provided to you is on the way back to us. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping your package off with the carrier.
Returns
A return authorization is required on all returns. Simply click the link provided above and follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $7 per order which will be deducted from your refund. Items may also be returned without charge, in person to our retail stores in Austin, TX.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.
