We love reinventing traditional garments and bringing them into the modern age with upgraded fit and fabric. One of our favorite platforms for reinvention is the Guayabera. We based our latest rendition on the classic but gave it some serious Howlerfication with a mesh lined vented back yoke, totally unique embroidery, technical cotton-poly stretch fabric that dries quickly and enlarged pockets for convenient beer storage so you can take your turn throwing washers. Dress it up and look like you have your act together or just throw it on with your flops and boardies.

    Nile blue Guayabera

    I love the stitching and colors of this shirt, so I promptly bought it, but it is REALLY long on me, down to mid thigh! Maybe it's because I'm short in height, but I have several other Guayabera shirts and they are not this long. AT my age I'm sure that I won't grow into it, (wishful thinking), so I will probably give it to my son, who is taller that me. Anyhow, that's the way it is for us "Shorties"
