The Merlin Jacket was our first foray into making a puffy jacket way back in 2015. We've made a change here or there but the basic magic of the Merlin has stood the test of time ever since. Filled with thermally efficient Primaloft Gold insulation, the Merlin is the perfect stand alone puffy or enchantingly warm mid-layer under a shell when the mercury really dips. Features ribbed cuffs, heavy-duty shoulder patches, double needle quilted sleeves and a box quilted trunk.

    Needs a waist cinch.

    An inner cinch around waist level would be great to keep air blowing up- the main reason for heat loss. OTW, love the look, fabric, quality, color, fit, and extra length in back. 6foot, 165#, wearing a large. Just a touch baggy, barrel shaped, around waist.

    Merlin Jacket is great!

    Perfect jacket - with a good sweater underneath this jacket is toasty warm even during a New York winter. The shoulder cover really helps keep warmth in. If you’re like me and can’t stand wearing oversized winter coats, this is perfect

    Deep pockets are awesome, especially when wearing gloves.

    Lovely color

    The jacket is less red then it appeared online, more muted like a clay. Honestly I liked the color much more in person so I was very happy with it. My only complaint is that the tags are attached with a pin through the fabric, which would leave holes and damage the integrity of the material. Otherwise it is a great color and nicely made.

    Favourite Jacket

    I’ve had this jacket for 3 years now and love it. Fits great and is vary warm for how thin it is. Zipper likes to get stuck on the inside fabric but I would still recommend this jacket to anyone
