Jacket has nice features, colors, and design. Comfortable to try on. I have two Ranchero and one H Bar shirt that are large (I am 5'10", 190) that fit well, slightly loose but comfortable. But similar to Leslie's review earlier, the L is much bigger in the chest than these three shirts. Even if I wore a thick jacket underneath there would be room to spare. The sleeve length is consistent/good and the colors are true to the product page, but if you normally wear L, consider a M instead. The size guide shows both the Merlin and the Ranchero as the same chest size and true to size, but in my experience, the Merlin is much larger.

I bought this coat over the summer on clearance in Sun Valley, Idaho and didn't really have a chance to wear it until about two weeks ago. I am an average sized woman and purchased a Medium. I find that men's coats tend to fit me better because I have wide shoulders.

This one, I have been super impressed with because the wind does not penetrate it. It's not too heavy, but I stay really warm in it. Also, The zippered pockets are deep and fit all kinds of things. I am a fan of the inside zippered pockets as well.

I am always looking for a good coat and this one definitely fits the bill.
