2nd pair I've bought. Love them both. Great materials and workmanship with thoughtfully placed pockets.

Best fishing pants of all time

I have been purchasing the pants since they came out in 2018 and I agree with other customers, they last a very long time, in fact, I am still wearing a couple pairs from back then. The pants this year are thinner than all prior years, which I actually like, much better in warmer weather, wet wading, fishing the flats, you fill in the blanks. My only pet peeve is the put tab on the new pants keep falling off and getting lost, not ideal. I miss the ones from prior years. Lastly, the pants tend to run a bit large. I wash and hang dry them and can usually go down a size or two. I can't recommend these pants enough, I hope they do not get phased out.

Fabric and Fit are great. Lots of pockets. Wish the side zip pocket was big enough for largest iPhone. Overall, these are better than similar pants from other companies.

The fabric is very light. Still soft. Has a high nylon content which should be more durable than polyester. Nylon is more expensive so many firms don't use it.

Fit looks good and has crotch gusset for better movement. Inseam maybe 1-2 inches longer than you might expect.

I cannot overstate, for me, how uncomfortable the Texas Sun and heat can be. These pants are more comfortable and more helpful than any other shorts or pants that I own to combat the constant, repressive, skin-melting heat/sun. The fit is great, and they are stylish enough for most social situations. Pull the trigger. You won’t be disappointed.
