    Great For Winter Travel

Got this parka for winter travel across multiple countries and really put it to the test. Overall, very happy with it - kept me warm and kept getting compliments on it!

The ample pockets became my favorite feature. I used the inner snap pockets to store my scarf and gloves when I didn't need them. You'll be surprised how much each pocket can hold! Never felt the need to bring a backpack when going out for the day because of how much I could stash in this coat. I also really appreciated the hand warmer pockets.

A few negatives: the other reviewers are right about the zipper regularly getting caught. The solve I found was pulling the zipper outward / away from my body when I zipped up or down, but any time I forgot to do so it was a pretty maddening flaw.

I also found that it runs a bit large, but it's not the worst for a parka to have extra room for layering. All in all, minor gripes over a parka I wore every day on this trip and would happily again.

    Great Coat, Terrible Zipper

Love the fit and style of this coat. Does a great job blocking the wind, and it works great for a winter coat. However, the zipper is awful. Almost every time I put it on or take it off, the zipper catches on the inner flap. Every. Single. Time.

Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the zipper.

Jacket is literally perfect except for the zipper. Every time I zip it up or unzip it, the zipper grabs and eats the small wind flap. It’s like the zipper is mis-stitched in the slightest causing this issue literally every time the jacket is worn. Nothing a seamstress can’t fix but for a new jacket shouldn’t exist. Other than that great jacket.

    Best Jacket Ever

This jacket is the warmest, thinnest jacket I have ever owned and I love it! It fits perfectly and also has more than enough pockets which is a major plus for me personally. Highly recommended as a general jacket for the winter. Great job Howler Bros!

    It Rocks!

This parka is very warm, I have been out in it with a mid-weight base layer in single digit temps and I was very comfortable. It is also lightweight and not bulky so you can move around and be active. All of the pockets for gear, gloves, phone, etc… are really nice too. It rocks!
