Ten years ago, we joined forces with Austin City Limits Music Festival to make apparel celebrating one of the country’s most iconic music festivals happening right here in our own backyard. A decade, a whole lot of music and more than a few collectable pieces later, we’re still at it. This year’s Yellow Rose Collection celebrates our tenth Howler Brothers for Austin City Limits Music Festival endeavor with nods to where we’ve been and some new tricks for where we’re headed. Here’s to ten years. Turn it up!

Our desire to make the Gaucho Snapshirt is one of the reasons we started Howler Brothers in the first place. We wanted to transform the vintage western shirts of the past into something technical and wearable in everyday life while maintaining a little of their quirky nature and penchant for unique, embroidered artwork. We succeeded in a big way by making ours out of lightweight, quick drying blended fabric and adding a cooling mesh-lined vented back yoke to keep it cool when the temperatures are cooking. We threw in pleated chest pockets, pearl snaps, and an ever-evolving slate of custom embroidery.
